‘Supernatural’ Season 8 Promo: Prophet Kevin Shares Big News

The Winchester boys are reunited and it feels so good.

In the promo below, the demon-hunting boys reunite and learn a startling news that could change their lives forever.

New showrunner Jeremy Carver told EW.com that this season, the Winchester boys will be on a journey to locate a “power source. It’s something that will hopefully uncork knowledge about our Supernatural universe in this season and beyond. We’re setting up things not just for this year but beyond.”

“Supernatural” debuts Oct. 3 at 9/8c on The CW.

John Shea Joins ‘The Good Wife’ And More Casting News

The Good Wife

Matt Czuchry’s on screen father has been cast.

“Gossip Girl” alum John Shea, who played Blair’s father on The CW drama will portray Cary Agos’ father on “The Good Wife.” TVLine reports, Shea’s character is a little “awkward and stiff.”

Additionally, THR reports “Ringer” alum Mike Colter, will return to “The Good Wife” as drug kingpin Lemond Bishop in the forthcoming season.

John Shea and Mike Colter join “TGW” season 4 guest stars: Christina Ricci, Kristin Chenoweth, Nathan Lane, Brian Dennehy, Annabella Sciorra, Maura Tierney, Amanda Peet, and Marc Warren.

“TGW” returns Sun., Sept. 30 on CBS.
