Adam Rodriguez Heads to ‘Goodwin Games’ And More Casting News

Adam Rodriguez is joining Fox’s new comedy in a recurring role.

According to EW,The former “CSI: Miami” star is heading to Fox’s “Goodwin Games.” Rodriguez has been tapped to play Ivan, a math professor and potential love interest of Chloe (Becki Newton).

The new series follows three siblings who stand to inherit millions from their deceased father’s if they compete in challenging games.

“The Goodwin Games” premieres early 2013.

“Jericho” alum Brad Beyer has been cast in a two-episode arc on “NCIS.” Beyer has been cast as Marine Capt. Joe Westcott, an upstanding unit leader who returns home after touring in Afghanistan. [TV Guide]

Maria Thayer Forgetting Sarah Marshall has been tapped to play Nick’s college girlfriend, Amelia in “New Girl.” Thayer is set to appear in the Halloween episode of the adorkable comedy. [TV Guide]

‘Once Upon A Time’ Season 2 Premiere: ‘Broken’ Photos

Kicking off ABC’s Sunday prime time lineup is “Once Upon A Time.”

The fantasy drama picks up after the shocking finale where Mr. Gold in the curse-less city of Storybrooke.

The upcoming season will feature new characters: Captain Hook, Prince Phillip, Mulan, and Sleeping Beauty. Watch the magical trailer here.

According to ABC, in the season 2 premiere episode,”Broken,” the fairytale characters awaken from Evil Queen Regina’s broken curse and remember who they were. But to their dismay, they aren’t transported back to fairytale land. To make matters worse, Rumplestiltskin in an effort to gain the upper hand in his power struggle with Regina, has introduced magic into the town.”

“Meanwhile, back in the fairytale land, Prince Phillip awakens his sleeping beauty, Aurora (Sarah Bolger), but discovers that he and his traveling companion, Mulan (Jamie Chung), will soon have to face a deadly foe.”

“Once Upon A Time” premieres Sun., Sept. 30 at 8/7c p.m. on ABC.

Showtime Renews ‘Episodes’ For A Third Season

Episodes

Showtime’s “Episodes” has been renewed for a third season, David Nevins, President of Entertainment, Showtime Networks Inc announced today. Production on season 3 is slated to begin next year in London and L.A.

Matt LeBlanc stars as a fictionalized version of himself in the critically acclaimed comedy. Stephen Mangan and Tamsin Greig also star in the comedy series.

The series has been picked for a third season of nine episodes.

Teen Mom’s Farrah Abraham Getting Her Own Spinoff

Farrah Abraham, star of MTV’s “16 & Pregnant” and “Teen Mom” will continue to stay on your TV.

The “Teen Mom” is said to be  signing her own her reality show. Abraham told Us Weekly ”I’m just closing it, It’s gonna be just about me and my life.”
