Emmy nominated reality series “Top Chef” is returning to the basics in its tenth upcoming season. ”Top Chef: Seattle” premieres Nov. 7 at 10 p.m. ET., Bravo announced today.

The 21 chef’testants will be judged by Tom Colicchio, Gail Simmons, Hugh Acheson Emeril Lagasse, and Famed chef and restaurant mogul Wolfgang Puck.

The lucky chef’testant will win $125,000 furnished by Healthy Choice, a feature in Food & Wine magazine, a showcase at the Annual Food & Wine Classic in Aspen and of course, earn the title of “Top Chef.”
