Jurnee Smollett and Amelia Rose are heading to Bon Temps.
“Friday Night Lights” alumna Jurnee Smollett has joined the vampire drama as a series regular and “90210′s” Amelia Rose Blaire has been nabbed to recur in the upcoming season, according to TVLine.
Smollett will play optimist Nicole, who is concerned with doing the right thing versus doing something for compensation. Meanwhile, Blaire will play Willa, Louisiana Governor Truman Burrell’s (Arliss Howard) daughter, who disagrees with her father over vampire rights.
