Once You Go Bad, Screwing Others Over Becomes The Norm! ‘Survivor: One World’ Recap!

Survivor One World Jay eliminated

I’m late again, my apologies. The second to the last episode of “Survivor” was epic. I mean, I have never seen a player in the history of “Survivor” who believes no one is coming after him. Rule number one: never assume that anyone or everyone has your back. WIth that said, here are the highlights of the second to the last episode:

  • Jay won the immunity necklace.
  • Troyzan still believes that the Salani tribe is still a unified tribe. well, NOT ANYMORE!!
  • Sabrina and Kim got a chance to talk about strategies and also about voting Mike off the island. Their plan was to get rid of all the guys and have only both of them and Chelsea in the end.
  • Tarzan and Chelsea got into a fight AGAIN! This time, it was about a bamboo. Shezzz, can’t these two just kiss and make up? Tarzan came to a conclusion that Chealsea doesn’t like him because he is a plastic surgeon. Huh!?! Lol. WOW!
  • The big surprise of the episode: started when Jay was having suspicions about the girls. He noticed that they were up to something which they were. Kim told Troyzan that Mike said they should vote him (Troyzan) off the island so that Troyzan can vote Mike off if they asked him. Jay finally figured out that Mike was the target. As he was about to tell Mike, Kim rushed over to where they were standing and basically shut him up by diverting the topic of discussion. Mike, being a dumbass and sitting too comfortable let the girls handle everything because he trusted them. Little did he know that he put fate in the hands of those who, without any hesitation,  sealed his fate. Mike was blind sided and he was voted off the Island!

Now, the last episode was more interesting because everyone was in their paranoid state. Tarzan told Troyzan that the girls are planning to knock them (the guys) out one by one. Why isn’t any of the men listening to him?!?! Oh, that’s right. He is crazy! Lol. But one has to give Tarzan credit because he IS smart. Troyzan was not really bothered because he had the immunity idol to keep him safe.

The reward challenge was played differently this time. Jeff, the host was absent and it was played in their camp. The reward challenge was all about trying to get high points on the board. The reward was barbecue on a private Island. As usual, the tribe was divided into two teams. To cut the long story short, with the help of Tarzan, his team won and immediately went to the private Island. Those who were on the winning team loved the Island. It was gorgeous and peaceful. While some people were exploring the private Island, others like Kat and Jay were talking about strategies. Jay taught that they should send a girl home so that it can be even genders. He also said that individuals like Alicia and Tarzan should be voted off the island before them. Kat played along and agreed with him.

Later that day, the girls had a meeting. Kim talked about evicting Jay and then Troyzan later. Basically, she wanted whoever that doesn’t win the immunity idol between the two of them voted off the Island. Chelsea felt bad that she had to evict Jay or Troyzan because she gave them her word. Jay met with Kat and suggested that they should vote Alicia off the Island and he trusted that Kim and Chelsea will agree with the suggestion. What a dumb ass! Jay met with the girls and asked them to vote Alicia off the Island. Little did he know that he was a candidate for eviction. Troyzan suspected that the girls were going to make a big move that may not include him.

Once again, the immunity necklace was up for grab! The immunity challenge was all about how long one could hold one of their arms in an upright position. One arm was connected to a chain and the chain was connected to a big bucket filled with a liquid substance above their head. If the arm was lowered and the bucket turned over, she or he was eliminated from the game. Not only did they have to keep one arm up, they also had to overcome the temptation of food. During the game, Jeff, the host bribed players with food. People like Alicia and Jay took the offer without any hesitation while others like Troyzan fell off their balance while struggling to stay in the game. Everyone excluding Chelsea and Leif were out of the challenge. Chelsea told Leif to let her win or else, he will have a target on his back. Leif, being dumb let her win the immunity necklace. SMH!

As soon as everyone got back to the island, Chelsea and Kim called for another girl’s meeting. They decided to vote Troyzan off the Island. The amazing thing the girls did was that they split the vote. Kim and Chelsea told some of the girls to vote for Troyzan and some of the girls to vote for Jay. That way, one of them was going to be voted off the Island. Then, Kim told Alicia that they are going to tell Jay that they are voting for her to go home so that Jay wouldn’t be suspicious. Troyzan expressed his feelings to Jay about not feeling safe and not trusting the girls. He also told Jay that he had an immunity idol and he was going to play it. Dumb ass Jay went to tell Kim that Troyzan had an immunity idol and he was going to play it.  Kim didn’t have time to let everyone know the situation because it was right before tribal council. This game is indeed a foot!

Tribal council commenced. The discussion of the night was about who had the immunity idol. Jeff asked if anyone felt unsafe. Only Troyzan, Jay and surprisingly Kim raised their hands. The votes were in and before Jeff read the votes, Troyzan played his immunity idol which was a smart move. Jeff read the votes and Jay went home!!! SHOCKER! He was speechless. Lol. I was dying of laughter. His big mouth killed him. Apart from Jay eviction, a strange thing happened with the votes. There were more people’s’ names read: Troyzan, Jay, Alicia and, Kim. Alicia had more votes than Kim and Troyzan. If that doesn’t ring a bell Alicia, then you must not be as smart as I think you are.

To find out if Troyzan gets evicted next, tune in every Wednesday, 8 p.m. only on CBS for more on “Survivor!”

See ya!

A Merge with Multiple Alliances!!! ‘Survivor: One World, ep. 7 Recap!

The last episode of ‘Survivor’ marked the beginning of the phrase every man for his or her self because of the merge. Some people were thrilled while others were not excited about the merge. Alicia had already started planning strategies on how to return to her old alliance while Tarzan wanted the guys to stay as one alliance and flush the girls out of the game one by one.  In other news, the tribe came up with a tribe name: Tikiano.

The reward challenge was all about speed and strength. The reward for the challenge was pizza, beer and a secret note. The tribe was split into two teams: The Orange team and The Blue team. The orange team won and went to claim their reward. Apart from the food, the secret note was the main reward. What was the secret note about? It said that there was another hidden immunity idol on the Island. SHOCKER! Meanwhile, back on the island, Tarzan and Jonas had a verbal fight and misunderstanding. Jonas was upset that Tarzan went to talk with Michael about keeping the men’s Manono alliance. Tarzan was indifferent about Jonas’s blow out.

The next day, Troyzan woke up very early to find the immunity idol. He eventually found it! Today was the immunity challenge. The reward for the challenge is individual immunity necklace. The theme of this challenge was ‘balancing the ball on a tray‘. Troyzan won! He does not only have the individual immunity necklace, he also has the hidden immunity idol! It was a good day for him.  When they all returned to the Island, members of the Salani tribe decided to vote off the strongest Manono player. Even though these tribes are non-existent, the alliances are very much alive. Members of the Salani tribe chose to vote Jonas off the Island. Some of the members were bitter about the decision because he cooked for them. Troyzan told Jonas that he was on the chopping block and the chance of him going home was very high.  Jonas went to apologize to Tarzan for lashing out at him. Maybe Jonas taught that the fight was the reason that everyone wanted him to go home.

Speaking of Tarzan, Tarzan had a misunderstanding with Chelsea. What happened was that Tarzan had a stain inside his underwear. According to Sabrina and others, it looked like poop! Ewwww. Tarzan denied it. So, Chelsea washed her clothes and put her clothes in a pot filled with hot water to get it steamed. Tarzan, wIthout asking, Tarzan put his poopy underwear in the pot. Chelsea told him to take it out, he said no. She asked if he could remove his underwear so that she can take out her clothes, he took it out but did not let her finish taking her clothes out before he put his poopy underwear back in the pot. Chelsea got upset and walked away. Later, she had a meeting with her alliance and asked if they coud vote Tarzan of the Island instead of Jonas.

Tribal Council started off boring but as soon as Jonas opened his mouth, all hell broke loose! Jonas threw Michael under the bus by saying he was more of a threat than he was. Which is absolutely true. Tarzan felt disrespected about what Jonas said about Michael and that led to their (Jonas and Tarzan) second misunderstanding. Chelsea and Sabrina agreed that Tarzan is a handful. Tarzan agreed that he is not the easiest person to deal with when he is out of his comfort zone. His comfort zone is an operation room in a hospital. Obviously, Jonas went home. That is what he gets for digging his own grave. Who the hell starts picking on people at tribal council? He sealed his own fate!

The question is, is Tarzan next on the chopping block? Find out next time on ‘Survivor’!

Dear Colton, Karma Is Indeed A Bitch! ‘Survivor: One Island’ ep. 6

In the last episode of ‘Survivor,’ Christina was the topic of conversation at the Manono Island. Colton confronted and told Christina that she was going home next. Meanwhile, on the Salani Island, Kat dreamt that Alicia killed her. Lol. If you ask me, Alicia would prefer to strangle or kill her in real life. The reward challenge came by and the reward was an Ice Cream pallor; with the help of Trozan last mighty performance, the Salani Tribe won! The Salani Tribe went to enjoy their reward in an undisclosed location while the Manono Tribe went back to their island. At the Island, Christina talked about voting Alicia off the Island to Leif and Jonas. She told them that Alicia had an alliance with the other tribe, therefore, she had a huge advantage over her and everyone else when the merge comes. All of a sudden, Alicia started clapping behind Christina. She heard everything that Christina said. Alicia got angry but Christina stood by everything she said.

The next day, Colton was sick. Christina felt bad for him and decided to take care of him. She took advantage of this opportunity so that Colton could see that she was not a bad person and he can ultimately take the target off her back.  The paramedics attended to Colton, they said that he had appendicitis and he had to be removed from the game so that he can get treated. Before he left, Colton was asked if he would like to give anyone the immunity Idol. He said he was taking it with him as a souvenir. Typical Colton. As close as Alicia was to Colton, he did not give her the immunity idol. SHOCKER! This action screwed Alicia over because she was a stranger to the rest of the tribe members which meant that she will be  automatically placed on the eviction list. We can all agree that the pain Colton was feeling was a result of karma. Karma came back and bit him in his little conniving country ass.

On the day of the challenge, both teams received another clue. This time, it was not a clue for the challenge. It was a clue about Tribal Council. Both teams were going to Tribal Council. At the Manono tribe, Leif, Jonas and Christina agreed to vote Alicia out of the game. Before they left for Tribal Councl, Tarzan called Leif aside and asked him to vote Christina off the island.

Both teams arrived at Tribal Council. Both teams were surprised to see each other. The Salani Tribe were more surprised that Colton was missing. Jeff, the host explained Colton’s situation to the Salani Tribe. Alicia told Sabrina that Colton said thank you for the immunity idol.  Jeff asked the Salani Tribe about the whereabouts of the Colton’s immunity idol since he is no more in the game to play it.. Majority of the Salani members said that someone had the immunity idol even though they were informed by some of the members of the Manono Tribe that Colton took it with him. Further opinions and speculations were made by both teams about the issue. The last news for the night was that both teams were merging! This means that both teams will now be a team and everyone will be fighting for themselves.

How will the fall of Queen Bee, Colton affect the new tribe?

P.S. ‘Survivor’ airs every Wednesday at 8 p.m. on CBS!

Manono, The Idiot Gang! ‘Survivor: One World’ ep. 5 RECAP!

This episode of ‘Survivor’ was not as intense as the last episode. However, both tribes were in for a big surprise because a lot of things changed. The changes began at the beginning of the reward challenge. Both tribes were informed that they will be switching tribes. Everyone was surprised. Colton was shocked! He liked the way things were because he had all the men wrapped around his finger. The way it worked was everyone picked and smashed an egg on their body. The color inside the egg determined what tribe he/she will become a member of.

The yellow color symbolized Manono and the blue color symbolized Salani. Sabrina, Michael, Kim, Kat, Jay, Chelsea and Troy are the new members of the Salani Tribe while Leif, Colton, Alicia, Monica, Jonas, Christina and Tarzan are the new members of the Manono Tribe. Colton was surprised about the members of his tribe.  Obviously, he whined about it publicly at the expense of insulting the members of his tribe. Typical Colton. Smh. The reward for this challenge was Bread, Peanut Butter, Coffee, Sugar and other stuffs. The most important reward for the winning tribe was the right to stay on that side of the Island. The losing tribe had to pack their bags and move to a new home on the other side of the island. The losing tribe had to build their new home from scratch! To cut the long story short, Salani tribe  won, while the Manono tribe went to build a new home.

Once the Manono tribe got to the other side of the Island, they commenced on building their new home. While everyone was participating and helping to build the house, Colton sat and watched others do the work. After a while of sitting, he went and talked to each member of his tribe privately. He basically told them everything they wanted to hear. I was surprised about the meeting between Colton and Alicia because I taught they were going to bump heads. Alicia has a strong personality but somehow Colton managed to tame her. He asked her if she will agree to vote Monica out and she agreed.

The immunity challenge came by and the theme was score the ball in the net. Easy, right? Nope. This challenge was played in water. The funny moment of this challenge for me was when Colton was shoved under the water because he refused to release the ball. That’s what he gets for being mean. Lol! The Salani tribe won once again.

When the Manono tribe got back to their camp, Colton started campaigning immediately to get Monica voted off the Island. Because Monica and Christina were close, Colton told both of them that they were voting off Tarzan. Colton did not want Christina and Monica suspicious of  his plan to evict Monica. Monica also asked Colton who they were voting off the Island. He told her Tarzan, she did not know Tarzan was the pawn and she was the main target.

The Manono tribe arrived at the tribal council. It was not as crazy as last time. Before everyone voted, a few people expressed their opinions about Monica. They said she was a huge competitor and a threat. I don’t think she knew at that time that those statements and comments were  hints that she was going home. Colton sent another tribe member packing once again. This guy is such a good player but his attitude stinks!

Find out tonight if anyone steps up to Colton, until then I leave with the preview.

The Men Won & Went To Tribal Council? What The Hell Happened?!? ‘Survivor: One World’ Ep. 4 Recap.

This episode of “Survivor” will go down in “Survivor” history as one of the craziest episode ever. Where shall I begin? Ok, a couple of highlights were: the women won the reward challenge and won a tarp thanks to Monica. Although, due to Alicia and Chelsea performing very poorly on a single puzzle even though they looked at the model of the mens puzzle during the immunity challenge, the men still won the immunity challenge with a huge lead. And Sabrina told Kim that she wanted Alicia sent home because she was a verbal liability.

Now let’s get down to the juicy part. The craziness started when Leif told Bill that he was suppose to be the one going home at the last tribal council instead of Matt and that he was next on the chopping block. While this conversation was going on, Micheal saw Leif talking to Bill and quickly went to tell Colton. Yeah, yeah. Micheal was a snitch but he was trying to save his ass from getting voted off by shifting any target that he had on his back to someone else. Colton asked Leif if he told Bill that he was going to get voted out next. At first Leif denied it but later, he confessed. Like Colton said, Leif is just stupid. Colton told Leif that he just sealed his own faith.

After the immunity challenge, everyone on the men’s tribe including Leif and Bill were relived that they did not have to go to tribal council. While Colton was enjoying the nice sunny afternoon, Bill went to meet Colton and demanded to have a talk with him. Colton and his divalicious self did not want to talk to Bill because he hated Bill and wanted him gone. Bill refused to leave Colton alone. This striked Colton’s nerve and he asked that the men’s tribe go to tribal council. Before making the final decision on whether they wanted to go to tribal council, Tarzan gave this crazy speech about how Leif betrayed the group and they all wanted him sent home. Bill was relived that someone else aside from him had a huge target on their back. But what Bill did not know was that Leif was just a decoy and he (Bill) was the prey whom everyone was planning to veto off the island. Everyone voted to go to tribal council and this action saved the women from losing a tribe member.

Tribal council was interesting. Almost everyone was upset about what Leif did. And then suddenly, the conversation went sour. Colton started judging Bill about his personal life. This was where I lost all respect for Colton. He said that Bill needs to get a real job because being a stand-up comedian is not a real job, and he hates him. And then the conversation got even worse when Colton was asked if his conflict with Bill was a race issue. He said no, and he said he had a couple of friends who were black (Bill is black). But when he was asked to name his black friends, he mentioned his househelp!!! I mean how rude can Colton get. That was such a racist comment. Colton could have said he did not have any black friends but his Alabama Republican country ass self had to say something like that. I’m glad that Bill kept it together and did not physically do anything to Colton. If I was the one, I would have kicked his ass, African style. During Bill’s time on “Survivor,” he accepted Colton for who he was (homosexual) but Colton got too personal and had his puppets eliminate his own problem as oppose to the team’s problem. Bill was blindsided and his torch was turned off.

To find out if Colton pulls off another risky stunt, tune in same time, same day, only on CBS for more on “Survivor”!

The Women Won Their First Challenge!!! ‘Survivor: One World’ Ep. 3 Recap!

This week on Survivor was filled with emotions. It started off when the storm decided to say hello; the girls were mostly affected by the storm because they did not have a tarp. Chelsea was grumpy and cold and she broke down in tears. The storm spent the night with the girls and was gone by morning. The next day, some of the girls decided to go over to the guys tribe to get fire and to dry themselves. for some reason, both genders ended the conversation with the guys wanting to make a deal with the girls due to the fact that the girls were taking from the guys. It was like a trade without barter and the guys do not believe in handout. The only thing that Chelsea understood from the conversation was that the guys were bitching at her. Really? What did she expect them to do? Always open doors for the girls to take advantage of without a price? Think again!

The reward challenge was all about testing memorization skills. Basically, both teams had to look at how certain items are placed on a display and arrange them precisely at their station. the trick of the challenge: the display was not shown throughout the entire challenge. If the player is satisfied with looking at the display, he or she can close the curtain of the display even if the other player has not finished looking at the display. The reward fo the challenge was a canoe and fishing materials. Needless to say, the girls won the challenge and the reward.

The immunity challenge depended on the right caller and attentive ears of those who were blindfolded. It started off with the men having a huge lead over the women but the women brought their ‘A’ game and snatched their first win with a huge comeback. This secured the women and threw the men into the frying pan named tribal council. When the guys returned to their camp, Colton immediately called for a meeting with his alliance and asked that they all vote for Bill to go home because he just does not like Bill. Some of them wanted Matt to go home. During their meeting, Jay walked over to listen to their conversation. While they were talking about evicting Matt, he walks over. Awkward!!! Matt pulled Tarzan away to talk with him about his crazy scheme which Tarzan was not buying at all. Tarzan told Colton about Matt’s scheme and lets just say, that sealed Matt’s faith.

The men’s tribal council was not as crazy as the women’s tribal council. For some reason, Bill looked and talked like he was high because he was smiling sooo hard.

Who went home? The over-confident Matt and I agree with the vote. Matt was a strong competitor that could have caused some serious mind game authoritarian damage to the team. I admit it would have been juicy to watch but crazy for his tribe. Guess who orchestrated the plan to send matt home? Colton!

To find out if Colton seals another member’s faith, tune in next week, same time and same day for more on “Survivor.”

“Survivor” airs Wednesdays at 8/7c on CBS.

Once Again, The Women Won The Loser Award ‘Survivor: One World’ Ep. 2 Recap!

As soon as the girls came back from tribal council, Alicia and Christina talked about their misunderstanding at tribal council. They both apologized to each other and ‘fakely’ hugged it out, but I do not see them as bff’s in the future. The next day, Sabrina was elected as the group leader. Nina, the oldest woman on the team tried to find somewhere to belong in the group because if you ask me, she looks like an outlier.

The first challenge of the day was that both teams played was to untie a rope. How hard can that be? Well, it had a bunch of  complicated knots. The reward for winners was a tarp. Who won the challenge? The men, of course. The women needed the tarp like ‘a fat kid needs cake’ but they could not win it. When both teams returned to the island, the men immediately used the tarp. During this time, Colton did not do anything to help the men. As a matter of fact, he has not been helping his team at all. COME ON, Colton! I mean, you might not like your team but dude if you do not start interacting and helping, you will be gone the moment you no longer have the power to protect yourself. Colton kept going to the girl’s side of the island and hallelujah, Sabrina finally got irritated by this. Colton pleaded and begged for a shelter with the girls but they rejected him. Later that night, Colton told a couple of guys that he had the immunity idol. Wrong move, Colton, wrong move.

The challenge for the group immunity idol finally came the next day. The challenge’s theme was to maintain balance. Who won? The men AGAIN! The women had no rhythm, no sense of direction and they lacked communication. I guess it is tribal council numero doz, chicas! When the women got back to the island, Kat who performed the worst, immediately showed remorse for her poor actions. Nina, on the other hand, talked to few of the women about evicting Kat.

During tribal council, Nina threw Kat under the bus by saying that she lacks the physical, mental and emotional strength. Kat threw Christina under the bus by saying that she is basically an unwanted weight to the team. It is funny because when Kat wanted to call Christina out, she began her statement with “I don’t want to call anyone out but Christina……” What? Really? Well, you just did. To conclude tonight’s tribal council, Nina surprisingly went home. I taught Kat was going home; 5 days down, many more to go!

To find out if Kat presents crocodile tears to her team as a sign of gratitude for saving her ass, tune in same time, same channel, next Wednesday for more “Survivor!” Chao!

‘Survivor: One World’ Season 24 ep. 1 Recap!

The premiere of “Survivor” started off crazy. This season of “Survivor” is different from earlier seasons because the women are battling against the men on one island. The two tribes are the Salani (the women’s tribe) and the Manono (the men’s tribe). The craziness started when Micheal the banker stole an axe and other materials from the women as they unloaded the materials from the vehicle. Colton, the homosexual, was unhappy when he was told that he was going to be on the men’s team. Dude, you should be glad. Their strength can get you further in the game, I think.

When both teams got to the camp, the first thing they did was to go after the Chickens. Did you see how the country girl grabbed those two Chickens?!? I’m from the motherland and I have never in my life tried to grab a Chicken. That was crazy. Poor Chickens. After the women captured the Chickens, they refused to give the men any of the Chickens. Initially, the plan was the team who grabbed most of the Chickens had to share. So, the women came up with different trade by barter proposals such as: our Chicken in exchange for the axe they (the men) stole, or our Chicken in exchange for fire. Some of the guys found humor in this trade by barter talk that they came up with theirs: pole dancing from the women in exchange for fire. Lol! After all that, Colton decided to introduce himself to all the ladies and immediately begged them for the immunity idol if they found it first. Who does that on the first day? Luckily for him, Sabrina found a Manono immunity idol and gave it to Colton. It sucks for her but at least, she made a companion and he gets to last longer on the island. It is a win – win situation for now.

The first challenge had this big net that looked like a big trampoline. It looks fun but it is not that fun when you break your hand like uncoordinated Courtney. Courtney’s hand injury gave the men an option to either take the automatic win because they were already leading in the challenge or finish the challenge. Obviously, the men took the automatic win which the women thought it was a sissy move. The losing team, the women were sent to their first tribal council. The women’s first tribal council was crazy. The price for an all girls group is misunderstandings AKA cat fight! Alicia and Christina got into a verbal fight about how the team got fire. For a second, I taught I was watching the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” but it was the Real Salani Girls of Survivor. These women are very feisty. Anyways, they did not have to send anyone home because Courtney unfortunately left due to her hand injury. This was a crazy first episode. Its only day three and the women’s team is falling apart. Anyways, if you want to see more of these feisty women and not so gentle gentlemen, tune in next Wednesday, 8pm on CBS for more on Survivor.
